Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

You will own data-conversion strategy, waves, mapping approaches, and cutover readiness, coordinating with SAP functional leads, ETL teams, and data stewards across meter-to-cash processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a workstream or team.
• Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks.
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Owning data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, delivery plans, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs.
• Defining conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, reconciliation controls, and gates.
• Leading source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
• Setting the mapping, transformation, tooling, staging, loads, and mock-conversion cycles.
• Coordinating SAP functional leads, ETL, data stewards, and cutover leadership across workstreams.
• Governing mock loads, defects, conversion metrics, and sign-off.
• Owning cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, and post-load validation.
• Managing team capacity, risks, scope, estimates, and executive decisions.
