Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, own data-conversion strategy and readiness, and ensure audit-ready, reconciled data loads while guiding stakeholders and managing risks across meter-to-cash processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including leading a workstream or team.
Experience owning functional solution design and delivery through all project phases.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks and decisions with stakeholders.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, delivery plans, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs.
Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, and acceptance criteria across utility data domains.
Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
Set the functional/technical approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, and loads.
Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL, data stewards, and cutover leadership across meter-to-cash.
Govern mock loads, defect priorities, and sign-off processes.
Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, production execution, and post-load validation.
Manage team capacity, risks, scope, estimates, and executive decisions.
