EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs in the United States. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization, owning data-conversion strategy, waves, and readiness across utility data domains.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery through implementation and stabilization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing dependencies and risks.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance business outcomes with solution quality and operational readiness.
• Migration strategy, governance, reconciliation, cutover readiness, and business sign-off ownership.

Responsabilidades

• As Manager, lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within utility transformation programs.
• Provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.
• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for the SAP IS-U program or release.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
• Set the functional/technical approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, and loads.
• Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL teams, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
• Governing mock loads, defect priorities, reconciliation, and sign-off.
• Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, and post-load validation.
• Manage team capacity, risks, scope, estimates, and executive decisions.
