Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization, owning data-conversion strategy, scope, and readiness.

You will coordinate跨 teams across meter-to-cash workstreams, set mapping and transformation approaches, and govern mock loads, defects, and sign-offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing risks.
• Travel willingness, up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
• Set the approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, staging, and loads.
• Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL teams, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
• Governing mock loads, defect priorities, and sign-off processes.
• Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, and post-load validation.
• Manage team capacity, risks, and executive decisions; ensure audit-ready evidence.
