Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformations. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization, coordinating with cross-functional teams and business owners.

Travel up to 40-60% is expected as part of client engagements across utility domains. The role emphasizes governance, sign-off, and audit-ready evidence while ensuring accurate data

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SAP IS-U data structures and utility data dependencies across meter-to-cash.
• Migration strategy, data quality, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and cutover controls.
• Ability to translate business/ regulatory requirements into practical conversion rules and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, and acceptance criteria.
