Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Manager to lead end-to-end SAP IS-U customer service solutions across utility transformations. You will own the service workstream, define target designs, and ensure alignment with billing, CRM, and digital platforms while guiding multi-disciplinary teams through requirements, design, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required.
Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, with leading a functional workstream or team.
Proven experience designing and delivering SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions through implementation and stabilization.
Experience integrating SAP IS-U with Billing, CRM, and related channels.

Responsibilities

Own SAP IS-U Customer Service workstream end-to-end from design to stabilization.
Define target customer service design across maintenance, requests, and move events.
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance.
Drive cross-functional design and integration with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and CRM.
Lead testing strategy, cutover planning, and operational readiness activities.
Coach functional consultants and coordinate multi-team delivery.
