Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP IS-Oil Solutions Architect/Program Lead. You will own workstreams, gather requirements, and collaborate across regions to deliver SDM and RFNO implementations in a digital transformation context.

You’ll engage with business stakeholders, drive UAT, and support go-live, with travel up to 40–60% as needed. EY offers a hybrid, client-facing environment and global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
• At least two end-to-end SDM/RFNO implementations as Lead or Architect.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate to functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status across regions.
• Lead client relationships and multiple workstreams.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations.
• Lead UAT and support rollout/go-live.
