Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP IS-Oil specialist to join the Agile Business Transformation team. You will work with business stakeholders to evaluate models, translate requirements, and design system architecture alongside technical teams.

The role requires 12+ years in SAP IS-Oil, SDM and RFNO, leading end-to-end implementations, and travel 40–60%. EY offers hybrid work, competitive compensation, and opportunities to shape digital transformations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.
At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs and bridging between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Own workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
Lead multiple workstreams across regions and client relationships.
Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee budgets and resource planning.
Lead UAT and rollout, supporting go-live.
Collaborate with technical teams to align functional requirements with implementation.
