Job summary

ABB seeks a Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager in Mebane, NC to oversee inventory control and a team of staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SAP systems. The role centers on cycle counting, discrepancy RCA, and optimizing warehouse operations within Electrification Distribution Solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong SAP experience, and proven leadership. US work authorization is required. The position is on-site in Mebane, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience accepted.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading or coordinating people.
• 5+ years in SAP/ERP experience.
• Candidates must already have work authorization to work for ABB in the US.

• Maintain inventory accuracy targets and ensure compliance with corporate and audit requirements.
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances in a timely manner.
• Optimizes warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization.
