Job summary

The role involves staging data in SAP training environments, documenting changes with SAP Analysts, and ensuring quality training across media to support learning outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Experience in adult learning and training development.
• Training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to support learning objectives.
• Design and deliver scenario-based modules and case studies to engage learners.
• Define learning outcome metrics and assess effectiveness of modules.
• Ensure training content quality across media.
• Investigate data solutions to improve business processes and explore new technologies.
• Stage data in the SAP training environment for learning development.
• Collaborate with SAP Analysts to document modifications and incorporate into training materials.
