Oxford Global Resources is seeking an SAP Functional Analyst to implement and support SAP solutions. You will gather requirements, configure master data, and coordinate with other SAP leads on cross-functional changes. The role includes training end-users, providing second-level support, and ensuring SAP changes follow best practices.

The position requires 5+ years in SAP functional roles, knowledge of SAP Basis, Windows, and Oracle DB. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years SAP functional experience with hands-on configuration.
• Experience with SAP Basis and system administration.
• Familiarity with ABAP and OSS notes.

Responsabilidades

• Gather business requirements and define SAP configuration & master data setup.
• Coordinate with SAP leads on cross-functional impact.
• Apply SD methodologies to install, modify, test and document changes.
• Modify, test, and validate SAP config and master data.
• Oversee custom code development aligned with SAP best practices.
• Train end-users on SAP functionality and processes.
• Provide second-level SAP support for complex issues.
• Troubleshoot SAP problems and coordinate fixes with SAP support.
