Job summary

Arvato is an innovative and leading global 3PL service provider in supply chain management and e-commerce. You will join the Super User team to support operational execution, testing, and implementation across distribution and manufacturing environments.

Success requires Advanced SAP or strong WMS proficiency, plus distribution center or manufacturing experience and a proactive problem-solving mindset. The role offers exposure to global logistics processes and change management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced SAP or strong ERP/WMS proficiency.
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn systems and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional system resource for operations, advising on system transactions and functionality.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system-related issues impacting operations.
• Coordinate and execute testing activities for system changes and updates.
• Validate testing scenarios to ensure alignment with requirements prior to implementation.
• Act as liaison between operations, project teams, and system stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of system or process changes with validation and feedback.
