Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Super User to provide functional system expertise for operations, guiding system transactions and processes within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will investigate issues, coordinate testing for changes, and liaise between operations and project teams to ensure system alignment with business needs.

The role emphasizes strong SAP/WMS proficiency, problem solving, and adherence to procedures, with flexibility for overtime and varied shifts as required to keep systems

Qualifications

• Advanced SAP experience or demonstrated proficiency in enterprise warehouse management systems.
• Distribution Center or Manufacturing operational experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and support system functionality and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to investigate system or process issues.
• Ability to follow established procedures and ensure accuracy in system transactions and operational processes.
• Flexibility to support operational needs, including overtime, weekends, holidays, or varying shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of system or process changes by assisting with validation, issue identification, and operational feedback.
• Identify recurring system or process gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support improvement efforts.
• Provide operational guidance and support to teams by addressing system-related questions and assisting with issue resolution.

Job Description

The Super User team provides functional system expertise to support operational execution and system stability. The team acts as the primary liaison between operations and system stakeholders, ensuring system processes, testing efforts, and changes align with operational needs. Super Users investigate system-related issues, support testing and implementation activities, and help identify opportunities to improve system functionality and operational processes.

YOUR TASKS
