Veriipro is seeking an experienced Principal SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong US Payroll and time management expertise. The role emphasizes end-to-end Gross-to-Net processing, payroll configuration, and tax reporting. Deep knowledge of PU19 and HRSP deployment is required.

The candidate should have 10+ years in SAP HCM, including payroll and benefits management, with hands-on experience in third‑party time integrations and Year-End Service Pack implementations.

• End-to-end Gross-to-Net processing expertise.

• Hands-on payroll configuration, troubleshooting and support.
• Year-End Service Pack deployments and HRSP experience.
• Kronos, SAP CATS, Time Quotas integrations experience.

We are looking for an experienced Principal SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll, Compensation, Time Management, Benefits, and Organizational Management.

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of SAP HCM experience, including extensive hands‑on experience in US Payroll processing, Gross-to-Net calculations, tax reporting, payroll configuration, and integration with third‑party time management systems.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM, with strong expertise in US Payroll.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules, including:
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Benefits Management
  • Payroll Management
  • Time Management
  • Compensation Management
• Extensive experience in US Payroll and end-to-end Gross-to-Net processing.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll processes, including:
  • Federal, state, and local taxes
  • BSI TaxFactory
  • Garnishments
  • Net payments and bank transfers
  • Payroll process models
• Good understanding of US Payroll schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
• Hands‑on experience with payroll configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Experience with year-end payroll activities and Year-End Service Pack implementations.
• Experience in HR Support Package (HRSP) deployment.
• Strong knowledge of US tax reporting, including PU19.
• Experience with off-cycle payroll processing.
• Understanding of payroll tax integration with BSI TaxFactory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Kronos, SAP CATS, SAP HCM, and Time Quotas.
• Knowledge of third‑party time management system integrations.
• Experience supporting complex SAP HCM Payroll environments.
