Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP HCM experience with strong US Payroll.
• End-to-end Gross-to-Net processing expertise.
• US tax reporting knowledge including PU19.
• Hands-on payroll configuration, troubleshooting and support.
• Year-End Service Pack deployments and HRSP experience.
• Kronos, SAP CATS, Time Quotas integrations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM payroll projects focused on US Payroll.
• Configure, test, and support payroll processes and schemas.
• Integrate with third‑party time systems and providers.
• Support year-end activities and service pack implementations.
• Ensure accurate tax reporting and garnishment processing.
