Job description

• Minimum 10+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience. Self-driven professional
• Strong expertise in: SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder).
• Employee and organizational replication. Integration troubleshooting and monitoring. Data mapping and transformation. Foundation object and HR master data structures.
• Must have strong proven experience in data replication of complex HR scenarios
• Experience working with: EC Payroll. SAP HCM. SAP S/4HANA. CPI integrations preferable A
• bility to analyze replication failures and resolve data synchronization issues. Experience supporting global payroll and HR transformation initiatives.
