Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a senior SAP HCM/SF consultant with deep hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM integrations. You will lead data replication projects, troubleshoot integration issues, and drive HR transformation initiatives across global payroll environments.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong EC Payroll knowledge, and proficiency with SAP BIB and CPI integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and seamless system

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
Self-driven professional.
Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Strong expertise in SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder).
Proficient in employee and organizational replication.
Expert in integration troubleshooting and monitoring.
Proficient in data mapping and transformation.
Experience with foundation objects and HR master data structures.
Experience in data replication of complex HR scenarios.

Responsibilities

Ability to analyze replication failures and resolve data synchronization issues.
Experience supporting global payroll and HR transformation initiatives.
