Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a senior SAP HCM/SF consultant with deep hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM integrations. You will lead data replication projects, troubleshoot integration issues, and drive HR transformation initiatives across global payroll environments.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong EC Payroll knowledge, and proficiency with SAP BIB and CPI integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and seamless system

• Minimum 10+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
• Self-driven professional.
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong expertise in SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder).
• Proficient in employee and organizational replication.
• Expert in integration troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Proficient in data mapping and transformation.
• Experience with foundation objects and HR master data structures.
• Experience in data replication of complex HR scenarios.
