Qualifications

• Clerical duties in an in-office role, 8 hours/day, Mon-Fri with possible overtime.
• SAP order research for duplicate invoice processing.
• Billing issues assistance related to PO invoices.
• Order review for accuracy and compliance.
• GIS mapping accuracy checks.
• Training on Lemur and SAP programs.
• Reporting on active SAP program users and interdepartmental communications.
• Client lead on SAP Storage Location Assignment and supplier/vendor coordination.
