Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for its SAP Financial Services practice. Based in the US, you will lead both program delivery and practice development, guiding multi-disciplinary teams across client engagements. The role emphasizes sales, delivery excellence, and staff mentoring to enable transformation initiatives.

You will help clients reimagine processes using SAP S/4 technologies, drive change, and maximize value while traveling up to 25-30% and working in EY offices 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in consulting or financial services with 8+ years in system implementation lifecycles.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with 10-20 onsite and 30+ offshore resources.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading teams from business case development to program stand-up.
• Knowledge of AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• Minimum 5 years in a financial services company or equivalent experience.
• Strong written, verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Mentoring and coaching staff development is a focus.
• Prior consulting industry experience and at least one full cycle implementation of core module.
• Willingness to work 2-3 days per week in EY offices and travel 25-30%.
