Responsibilities

• Assist logistics team in navigating SAP EWM and MM processes.
• Track and manage documents: PO, STO, deliveries, inbound deliveries, TU.
• Explain SAP processes and answer basic process questions.
• Identify minor system issues and propose solutions.
• Upscale complex problems to senior team members.
• Help document processes and support continuous learning.
