Job summary

Conduct is seeking a senior SAP transformation leader to guide enterprise customers through complex ECC/S/4HANA migrations and transformation programs. You will own delivery from first use case to adoption, translating between CIOs, process owners, and engineers while driving measurable ROI.

You will build relationships with large clients, shape deployments, and collaborate with SI partners to ensure successful outcomes and scalable adoption across the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SAP or ERP consulting at a Big Four, global SI or specialist SAP partner.
• Depth in at least one SAP area (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM) or technical/architectural specialization.
• Strong client-facing confidence, workshops, and stakeholder trust.

Responsibilities

• Be the SAP brain in the room translating CIO, process owners and engineers to land value quickly.
• Design transformation for complex ECC/S/4HANA landscapes and lead deployment.
• Turn pilots into partnerships by onboarding end users and proving ROI.
• Shape the product roadmap with a real-world SAP usage perspective.
• Build onboarding flows, tooling, and playbooks for scalable deployments.
• Collaborate with SI partners and ecosystems to deploy Conduct.
