Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a dynamic SAP Business Consulting Manager to lead SAP engagements and serve as a trusted advisor on SAP transformations. The role emphasizes strategic alignment, client relationship management, and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions across finance, logistics, and manufacturing domains.

The ideal candidate will drive delivery excellence, manage complex projects, and mentor a high-performing SAP team while staying current with SAP technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 8+ years SAP consulting and engineering experience, esp. SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP products: architecture, configuration, integration, customization, incl. S/4HANA Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing; SAP CX/SC M.

Responsibilities

• Communicate SAP value and align design with client goals; participate in pre-sales and SOWs.
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations with account managers.
• Provide SAP configuration, customization, and integration expertise; ensure security and data privacy standards.
• Lead end-to-end SAP projects from design to deployment using EPAM methodologies.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies; drive delivery improvements.
• Act as primary delivery contact for escalations and stakeholder communication with top management.
• Collaborate with consulting, engineering, architects, and project teams to design and implement SAP solutions.
• Develop a high-performing SAP team; identify training needs and foster learning.
• Analyze gaps and drive enhancements to improve processes and outcomes.
• Establish strategies for continuous delivery and measure productivity across streams.
