Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions seeks a Director, SAP Transformation Solutions who leads presales and strategy for ECC to S/4HANA migrations. You will guide customers through migration options, work with Account Executives and partners to shape opportunities, and define winning approaches across technology, solution and data.

You will drive executive workshops, RFP responses and a clear handoff to Delivery, while advancing our AI-first presales methods and cloud path options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with ECC to S/4HANA transformation backgrounds.
• Presales, solutioning or business development support for SAP pursuits.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation.
• Familiar with scoping, estimation practices and delivery handoffs.
• AI-first mindset applied to presales and content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales, qualify and win ECC to S/4HANA opportunities with customers.
• Define strategic options including Brownfield, Greenfield, and cloud paths.
• Lead executive workshops and customer presentations to build credibility.
• Collaborate with delivery to align estimates and statements of work.
• Drive demand generation and partner engagement with SAP and hyperscalers.
