Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid role in Newark, NJ. The analyst will bridge Operations, Business, and Systems to align processes with technology and policy rules. No programming required, but coding familiarity is a plus.

You will gather requirements, draft specifications, and collaborate with clients and developers through the SDLC to deliver tested, compliant solutions that enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

• Accredited bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience. MIS/BAIT/Business/CS focus preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Operations, Business and Systems to support business needs via systems/processes.
• Represent user area in system enhancements and coordinate with users and Operations.
• Gather requirements for process changes and communicate them to systems staff.
• Demonstrate business and technical understanding; programming not required but a plus.
• Identify solutions by gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
