Job summary

SAP is seeking a Success Plan Manager - Specialist for the Midwest region. The role focuses on managing SAP service engagements end-to-end, establishing trust with customers, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings extensive governance experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with SAP technologies, including BTP, to enable cross-system integration and AI-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years managing SAP service engagements and aligning delivery to business outcomes.
Experience in customer success management and driving satisfaction/adoption.
Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, and translate technical progress into business terms.
Strong written and verbal communication; manage uncertainty and keep stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

Develop engagement strategies aligned to customer goals and business needs.
Implement governance models for accountability and momentum, including risk tracking and issue resolution.
Maintain relationships at all levels, including C-level, to keep programs on track.
Identify and address issues quickly to minimize disruption and maintain value delivery.
Track and communicate value realization of SAP investments.
