Job summary

Syskoplan Reply US is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead SAP transformation engagements for diverse clients. You will define service portfolios, coordinate with Reply teams, and oversee from SOW to run, ensuring value delivery.

Responsibilities include building trusted relationships, driving SAP adoption, managing risks, and guiding a consulting team across onsite engagements. Travel up to 50% is required as part of client interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Travel up to 50% included.
• 7+ years of SAP experience.
• Experience in a project management role.
• Experience on 3+ full lifecycle SAP projects (S/4HANA, CRM, BI, SCM, APO, SRM).
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies.
• Leadership to guide consulting teams and advise clients.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted customer relationships and drive SAP adoption and business transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize SAP investments and deliver measurable value.
• Identify risks and manage end-to-end escalation for critical issues.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery and onsite presence.
• Lead and empower the consulting team and mentor staff.
• Support Sales/Marketing with RFPs, proposals, and client onboarding.
