US Tech Solutions in Bethesda, MD seeks a Systems Integration Business Analyst with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) expertise. The role focuses on optimizing HR/payroll processes, configuring systems, testing features and supporting Hypercare operations.
The position operates on a 4x10 schedule with remote work, Friday off, and is a contract engagement lasting ~1 month. Prioritize requirements, coordinate with teams, and drive solutions from design to delivery.
Qualifications
- Significant experience configuring and supporting SAP Employee Central Payroll
- Mentor others in SAP ECP configuration, testing and troubleshooting
- Experience data replication between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
- Experience using SQL and analysis tools to query and triage data issues
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
- Coordinate with product management on funding and priorities
- Coordinate with technical team on estimates and change management
