Job summary

Connexion Systems & Engineering Inc. is seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Analysts for a large HR/payroll integration project. The role is remote (US-based, EST) on a 3+ month contract with a 4x10 schedule and Fridays off.

You'll configure and troubleshoot ECP, resolve payroll data issues, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams. Strong SQL skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
• Investigate payroll processing, system integration, and data replication issues.
• Proficient in SQL data analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with HR/payroll teams.
• Lead system testing, defect triage, and change management activities.
• Mentor teammates on ECP configuration and best practices.
