Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead SAP deployment efforts, coordinating with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to deliver on-site and remote assignments. You will oversee readiness, cutover, and hypercare, aligning timelines, costs, and quality with EY’s standards.

You will manage complex projects, drive delivery, and leverage your experience in ERP deployments while traveling 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP deployments.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track progress and project status.
• Collaborate with client sessions and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
