Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead large SAP implementations across Business/Site Readiness, Cutover and Hypercare. You will coordinate with stakeholders, the project team and third parties to deliver on-time, within budget and with quality.

You’ll manage workstreams, budgets, and risk, while guiding cross-functional teams through iterative and hybrid delivery methods. A willingness to travel 40-60% is required and a 4-year degree is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementations.
• Experience in managing site readiness and cutover planning.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverables and status.
• Participating in client sessions and leading workstreams from planning through closure.
• Managing engagement economics and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
