Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Deployment Manager to lead large SAP implementation programs, coordinating with client and project teams while managing budgets and resources. Travel is routinely required (40-60%) to client sites across engagements.

You will supervise site readiness, cutover, and hypercare strategies, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery and effective risk mitigation across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• ERP deployment experience of 4–6 years preferred.
• Experience in large SAP deployments.
• Experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and track deliverables and project status.
• Coordinate with client, project team and third parties from planning to closure.
• Manage engagement economics, budgets, and resource plans.
• Travel regularly as needed by external client.
