Job summary

Ford Energy seeks a Data Migration and Master Data Lead, SAP, to own end-to-end data migration across SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments (EWM and YL). You will define scope, sequencing, and readiness criteria, coordinate data loads, and drive governance to ensure trusted master data ready for go-live and beyond.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP teams, and partners to create a disciplined, measurable data delivery lifecycle with clear sign-offs and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5–8 years SAP data migration/master data experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud and data readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data migration across SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Define scope, sequencing, readiness criteria, and milestones.
• Coordinate data collection, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Maintain migration plans and runbooks; manage risks and defects.
• Establish governance, standards, and change control for master data.
