Sciens Building Solutions LLC is seeking an SAP Master Data Analyst – Service Management to govern and enhance service master data in SAP S/4HANA. You will lead governance, conversion, and data-quality initiatives across business partners, products, and service contracts.

The role requires collaboration with IT, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and readiness for service operations and billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP master data management, ideally in service industry or fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA; strong data-quality methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification in SAP MDG or related modules is a plus; experience leading data-migration projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Govern, maintain, and improve service master data in SAP S/4HANA.
• Define standards for business partners, products, equipment, locations, contracts, warranties, and billing plans.
• Lead or support data conversion, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Identify and remediate data-quality issues impacting scheduling, billing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Service Process Owners, IT, and data teams to ensure data governance.
• Provide ongoing data maintenance, governance, and stewardship post go-live.
