Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a SAP Master Data Lead to govern enterprise master data across SAP and related systems. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance while supporting S/4HANA implementations and data migrations.

The role partners with business and IT to address data challenges and optimize master data processes. The position reports to the SAP Master Data Manager and is remote, with possible on-site travel to North Andover, MA as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in SAP Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related functions.
• Strong data governance principles and lifecycle understanding.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, migrations, or large-scale transforms.

Responsibilities

• Govern SAP master data across Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance, and other enterprise objects.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations and data migration initiatives with master data expertise.
• Maintain data standards, governance workflows, naming conventions, and controls.
