About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP Manager Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your SAP expertise to drive innovative solutions in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a workstream within finance transformation programs, focusing on SAP modules such as General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and more.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Reimagine finance target states with modern technology capabilities.
• Design finance operating models and implement SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform FIT-GAP analysis.
• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and quality assurance.
• Manage project risks, communicate progress, and collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of SAP FICO implementation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience covering at least two FICO modules.
• 1+ year experience in financial services or similar industry.
• Deep understanding of core finance processes and technology architecture.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, data modeling, and reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE Migration and S/4HANA conversion.
• SAP certifications and a relevant postgraduate degree are a plus.
