Sciens Building Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Pricing/Input Analyst to ensure pricing data is accurate, current, and timely for SAP, SAP CPQ, estimating, purchasing, and related processes. The role emphasizes admin precision, master-data quality, and collaboration with procurement, finance, sales, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will manage large data sets, follow established processes, identify discrepancies, and communicate effectively to Divisions nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
• Three to five years of pricing administration, master data, purchasing, ERP support, or data analysis experience.
• Experience with SAP, SAP CPQ, or similar pricing/master-data processes.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups, formulas, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage repetitive tasks reliably.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supplier price books, standard parts pricing, labor-related pricing inputs, and other approved pricing data.
• Receive, organize, review, and prepare pricing updates for entry into SAP and related systems.
• Validate pricing inputs against supplier information, price books, effective dates, part numbers, and units of measure.
• Track pricing changes and updates that affect estimating or purchasing.
• Coordinate with SAP master-data and ERP teams to submit updates and confirm processing.
