Job summary

VistalTech Inc. seeks an experienced SAP readiness lead to manage business readiness activities for SAP S/4HANA module launches, deployment milestones, and go-live readiness.

You will coordinate UAT, test execution, issue management, and signoff with finance and operations, partner with product, integration, and program leadership, and drive cutover planning and launch governance. • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and financial business processes.
• Strong understanding of Plan‑to‑Report and Record‑to‑Report processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP transformations and multiple SAP go‑live events.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience leading UAT, training, change management, and cutover activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness activities for SAP S/4HANA module launches and deployment milestones.
• Conduct readiness assessments and facilitate business process walkthroughs with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT activities, including test execution, issue management, and business signoff.
• Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams, and program leadership to identify and mitigate launch risks.
• Support change management and organizational readiness initiatives to drive user adoption.
• Develop training materials, readiness documentation, launch checklists, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive cutover planning, execution readiness reviews, and launch governance activities.
• Track defects, open issues, risks, dependencies, and action items through testing and deployment.
• Prepare readiness reports, test evidence, issue logs, cutover documentation, and launch artifacts.
• Support go-live events and post-launch stabilization to ensure smooth production transition.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to validate business processes for deployment.
• Provide leadership throughout SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals, cutover, and hypercare periods.
