Job summary

IPolarity in Dearborn, MI is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Plan-to-Report Business Readiness Lead/Consultant to drive readiness across module launches, ensuring adoption, testing, training, cutover execution and go-live stabilization.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of SAP experience with FI/CO and R2R/P2R, and will partner with business stakeholders, product and testing teams to ensure production readiness and successful deployment of new SAP capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness activities for SAP S/4HANA module launches and deployment milestones.
• Conduct readiness assessments and facilitate business process walkthroughs with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution, issue management, and business signoff.
• Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams, and program leadership to identify and mitigate launch risks.
• Support change management and organizational readiness initiatives to drive successful user adoption.
• Develop training materials, readiness documentation, launch checklists, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive cutover planning, execution readiness reviews, and launch governance activities.
• Track and manage defects, open issues, risks, dependencies, and action items throughout testing and deployment phases.
• Prepare and maintain readiness reports, test evidence, issue logs, cutover documentation, and launch approval artifacts.
• Support go-live events and post-launch stabilization activities to ensure a smooth transition to production operations.
• Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to validate business processes and ensure readiness for deployment.
• Provide leadership and guidance throughout system integration testing (SIT), UAT, dress rehearsals, cutover, and hypercare periods.

This role is responsible for driving business readiness activities across SAP module launches, ensuring successful adoption, testing, training, cutover execution, and go-live stabilization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Record-to-Report (R2R/P2R) processes, combined with strong business-facing consulting skills.
