Job summary

Confidential, a leading provider of enterprise solutions, seeks a Senior SAP Concur Travel & Expense Implementation Consultant to support large-scale federal and commercial deployments.

You will lead implementations, configure Concur Travel & Expense, manage ERP integrations, ensure compliance with FTR, and guide teams through design workshops, testing, and change management to deliver compliant, scalable travel and expense systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Concur configuration for Travel, Expense, and Reporting.
• Proven experience integrating Concur with ERP systems, HR platforms, and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), government travel requirements, and credit card clearing processes.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, internal controls, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements gathering, design workshops, testing activities, and defect management.
• Strong understanding of organizational change impacts across travelers, managers, administrators, and other user groups.
• SAP Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Concur Travel & Expense implementation, configuration, and deployment initiatives.
• Design, configure, and optimize Concur Travel, Expense, and Reporting solutions based on business and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops, gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
• Manage integrations between Concur Expense and ERP, HR, and third-party applications, including TripIt, ExpenseIt, fraud detection, risk management, duty of care, and SOS solutions.
• Apply knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), government travel requirements, and credit card clearing processes.
• Lead and support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, resolution, and implementation readiness.
• Assess change impacts across user communities, including travelers, managers, administrators, and finance teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide functional guidance, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Concur Travel & Expense Implementation Consultant to join our team supporting complex enterprise and federal government environments. This role is ideal for a seasoned Concur professional with deep expertise in solution design, configuration, system integrations, regulatory compliance, and implementation leadership.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient travel and expense management solutions that meet the needs of diverse organizations.
