Job summary

Flex Staffing Resources seeks a senior SAP Concur T&E consultant to lead client discussions, design requirements, and deliver efficient travel and expense processes. You will guide configuration, test plans, and change impact across managers, admins, and travelers.

The role requires deep Concur expertise, the ability to draft precise specifications, and strong stakeholder communication. Federal travel rules knowledge and SAP Concur certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Concur Travel & Expense implementation.
• Deep Concur configuration knowledge across travel, expense, and reporting.
• Lead client design workshops, gather functional and technical requirements, and manage defect resolution.
• Integrate Concur Expense with external systems such as ERP, HR, and specialized applications like TripIt and ExpenseIT.
• Apply Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and manage credit card clearing processes in system design.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Analyze and manage change impacts of new T&E processes on diverse user communities.
• Hold active certification in Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration (SAP Concur certification highly preferred).

Responsibilities
