Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Implementation & Support Consultant to lead new Concur implementations while also providing post-go-live support and ongoing system optimization. This role requires hands‑on configuration experience, strong functional knowledge of Concur modules, and the ability to support business users and finance teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP Concur implementations, from requirements gathering through go‑live
• Configure Concur Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice to align with business policies and workflows
• Conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into Concur configurations
• Support ERP and financial system integrations (GL, AP, HR, payroll)
• Manage testing activities including unit testing, UAT, and defect resolution
• Deliver end‑user training, documentation, and go‑live support

Support & Optimization

• Provide ongoing functional support for SAP Concur applications post‑implementation
• Troubleshoot user issues, configuration changes, and policy updates
• Act as the primary point of contact for Concur‑related questions from finance, HR, and end users
• Manage enhancements, system updates, and optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with SAP Concur support for escalations and issue resolution
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to usability and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on SAP Concur experience across implementation and support
• Strong functional expertise in Concur Expense (Travel and Invoice experience is a plus)
• Experience configuring workflows, expense types, approval rules, and policies
• Understanding of expense management, travel programs, and financial processes
• Experience supporting integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, etc.)
• Ability to work directly with business and finance stakeholders
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Concur certification(s)
• Experience supporting multi‑entity or global Concur environments
• Consulting or managed services background
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, and financial controls

Nice to Have

• Experience with post‑go‑live optimization and system enhancements
• Exposure to change management and user adoption initiatives
