Job summary

Billennium in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP Concur specialist with deep knowledge of SAP Concur workflows and SAP FI integration to join our T&E integration team.

You will work independently, coordinate with interface squads, apply SAFe Agile practices, and translate complex integration logic into business terms for stakeholders, ensuring accurate configuration and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Concur.
• Hands-on or functional exposure to SAP FI is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Concur capabilities, workflows and logic.
• Ability to work independently on standard tasks and define solutions.
• Motivation to expand technical footprint and learn SAP FI and SAP IC integration.
• Understanding of APIs, Concur Web Services and middleware routing.
• Familiarity with SAFe or agile environments.
• Ability to coordinate across interface teams and align requirements.
• Attention to detail to catch configuration or mapping errors.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Job description

• Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP Concur.
• Prior hands-on experience or functional exposure to SAP FI is considered a strong plus.
• Concur Functional Expert: You possess essential, in-depth knowledge of SAP Concur's capabilities, workflows, and logic. You can easily identify when the system is not performing as expected, even if you are not the one performing the physical configuration in the backend.
• Self-Directed Executor: You are comfortable working independently on standard tasks. You have a proven ability using analytical skills and functional knowledge to define solutions when a formal architectural design is not required.
• Growth Mindset & Upskilling Drive: You are highly motivated to expand your technical footprint. While you are already a Concur expert, you have the hunger and aptitude to rapidly learn SAP FI and master the functional flow of the SAP IC integration between Concur and the ERP.
• Integration Savvy: You understand the fundamentals of data exchange, specifically regarding APIs, Concur Web Services, and middleware routing logic.
• Agile Adaptability: You are familiar with SAFe principles, or you possess the learning agility to quickly adapt to a mature, large-scale agile environment.
• Technical Coordinator: You are a natural executor who can build relationships and successfully align requirements across multiple interface teams outside of the core T&E domain.
• Analytical Auditor: You have a keen eye for detail, allowing you to catch errors in configuration, mapping, or logic before changes reach production environments.
• Communication: You possess excellent English communication and documentation skills. You can easily translate technical integration logic into business terms for the Product Owner, and clearly explain functional requirements to technical configuration consultants.
