Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs and quality systems required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in sciences or business preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own data related to batch records, export shipments, and inventory in SAP.
• Provide direct support to internal and external customers and partners.
• Perform auditing, tracking, reporting, and investigations.
• Lead investigations to final resolution with Processing Dept. and team leads.
• Communicate status of orders or shipments to internal groups.
• Manage and balance inventory postings and quality holds.
