Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, North America’s largest beverage distributor, seeks an Inventory Analyst to safeguard inventory accuracy and manage SAP/WMI data. You will monitor performance and implement programs to sharpen operational metrics.

This full‑time role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with WMS platforms (WMI/SAP). Travel up to 25% may be needed. You’ll join a team that values excellence, innovation, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels
• Proficient in WMS software platforms, WMI/SAP
• Previous distribution center experience
• Forklift operating experience or certification preferred
• Up to 25% travel required

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle counting and meet quarterly counts goals
• Manage inventory audits for corporate requirements
• Oversee SAP/WMI activities and data
• Primary contact for all inventory movement and inquiries
• Research and reconcile count variances
• Manage vintages and expiration dates
• Oversee in-house projects for new items
• Ensure accounts billed/credited on projects and spoilage
• Investigate shortages and overage claims
