Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Processing Inventory Analyst to own data related to batch records, export shipments, and inventory within SAP and tracking systems. You will provide direct support to internal and external customers, lead auditing, tracking, reporting, and investigations, and support the Processing Department and team leads in investigations to final resolution.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in the Sciences or Business field preferred.
Relies on experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Knowledge and experience of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Run daily open process order and error reports; resolve issues within 24 hours.
Audit batch records and 51% PAB to ensure proper costing and inventory entries.
Audit receipt of Bulk liquid and NMB reports for accurate costing and inventory.
Post and reconcile all Smirnoff In-Line Blend batches into SAP and balance inventory.
Maintain controlled documentation for quality or audit purposes.
Monitor inventory cycle counts and obtain required signatures for compliance.
Generate paperwork for Export liquids and post inventory transactions in SAP.
Communicate with departments regarding orders or shipments status.
Investigate blocked status inventory and open STOs to resolution.
Update departmental daily performance metric data.
Run weekly tank reports to support production and move inventory from quality holds.
