Location- Remote in CST and EST

Duration- 03 Months contract (High Possibility to extend)

Duties:

• Support project managers in the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Analyze project data, tracking performance against goals and KPIs.
• Assist in preparing regular project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying any discrepancies or potential delays and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist with resource planning and allocation, ensuring efficient use of people, tools, and materials.
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights into project performance and areas for improvement.
• Track and document project risks and issues, collaborating with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Support the coordination of project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
• Ensure that all project-related documentation is organized and readily accessible.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in project analysis, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus but not required.
