100% REMOTE - Business/Digital Project Manager opportunity!

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile projects within the EPMO team. This indivdual will be focused on key organizational initiatives. This is a long term contract opportunity with a duration up to 18 months, with 6 month increments This is a 100% REMOTE opportunity- candidates must work EST hours (8-4 EST).

Summary: This Project Manager will have a strategic focus on new certification for their B2B partnerships, and implementation of strategic set of enterprise projects/programs.

This role will manage dependencies across regions, product lines, Operations and shared services for continuous value delivery and realization of intended organizational outcomes. Our client is seeking a Senior Level Project Manager with at least 10 years Project Management experience for all facets of the project and product lifecycles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans using tools such as Smartsheets to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to ensure the project team is aligned, informed, and focused on project goals.
• Monitor project quality to ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards and expectations.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Optimize resource allocation and utilization to ensure project efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with the outsourced team’s engagement manager and other external partners to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, and generate regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in the context of learning and development projects.
• PMP certification is a MUST
• Knowledge of various Project Management certifications and credentials like the PMP, PMBOK, etc.
• Strong experience with enterprise partnerships like Microsoft and IBM for B2B strategic collaborations
• Experience producing project briefs, roadmaps, product backlogs and user stories
• Experience as a confident presenter, who can lead demonstrations, and provide performance metrics and results across all levels of an organization
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization and with external vendors and partners
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and deadlines.
• Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
