Job summary

Honda is seeking a Team Lead - SAP Sales and Distribution to serve as functional lead for SAP SD and related logistics processes. You will translate requirements, lead workshops, and ensure reliable delivery across projects, enhancements, and post-go-live support.

The role requires hands-on configuration for Order-to-Cash, ATP, and complex pricing, with experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations and post-go-live stabilization. Onsite with potential limited remote days.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in a STEM field (CS/IT/Data Analytics/Data Science/Electronics).
8+ years of SAP SD experience and strong SD configuration knowledge.
Experience with integration to MM/LE/WM/EWM/FI/CO and third-party logistics.
Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Experience leading teams and managing priorities and stakeholders.
Knowledge of SOX ITGC/ITAC and incident management.
Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and hyper care.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP SD and related logistics processes as functional lead and SME.
Support ECC to S/4HANA transformation with Fit-to-Standard, Fiori, and data migration.
Provide production support, change control, and post-go-live stabilization.
Collaborate with Center of Excellence on access, audits, and process docs.
Oversee integration topics: IDocs, ALE, EDI, APIs, middleware, RICEF lifecycle.
