Honeywell Technologies seeks a Director IT, Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead the people side of its enterprise S/4HANA transformation, guiding adoption of new processes, roles, and behaviors. This leadership role partners with program, process, technology, HR, Communications and Learning teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading organizational change in global programs.
• Experience guiding people and adoption in large-scale tech transformations.
• Familiarity with Prosci change management and ADKAR.
• Executive presence with strong communication and coaching abilities across diverse audiences.
• Business acumen and ability to partner with SAP/program teams without deep tech configuration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise OCM strategy, roadmap, governance, and standards for the multi-year S/4HANA transformation.
• Apply the Prosci 3-Phase Process-Prepare Approach, Manage Change, and Sustain Outcomes to guide employees from awareness through reinforcement.
• Advise executive sponsors and business leaders on change impacts, sponsorship, readiness, resistance, and adoption priorities.
• Lead an integrated change network of stakeholders including site leaders, change champions, HR, Communications, Learning, and external partners.
• Define and track readiness, training, adoption, proficiency, and benefits-realization measures; use insights to address risk and hold leaders accountable.
• Build lasting enterprise change capability by coaching leaders and developing OCM talent across deployment waves.
